LOADING
SATURDAY
Event set up time: 8:00am-10:30am
Event tear down: 8:00pm (carting may begin as soon as 7:30pm)
Vendors will enter through the Farm Parking Entrance and drive no more than 5mph to the LOADING area to unload. This could get congested so we recommend parking your car and karting your things over. After you unload please park as far away from the entrance as possible to leave room for guest parking.
LAYOUT
Please find a general layout below. All vendors will be showed to their space upon arrival. Vendor booths will be back to back in the center of the venue and then curve around in a T shape along the fence. All vendors will be shown to their space upon arrival.
DISPLAY
Please review and help us meet the best quality standard for our guests:
10x10 White Canopies will be required. Any branded canopies will need to be approve by an Event Manager prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for weighing down their tents (prepare for unexpected winds)
All vendor booths are located in dirt. Please plan accordingly. Rugs are highly recommended as well as side panels to avoid kicking up dust.
Professional, and creative displays only
Decorating in theme is highly recommended and more likely to draw shoppers to your booth
Linen or table cloth (required for folding or plastic tables)
NO clutter (Hide suitcases or boxes)
Bring marketing materials; giveaways, coupons, mailing list, sign in sheet, etc.
Make sure to have signage that includes your Business Name for potential media coverage
Be respectful of neighboring vendors and do not set up outside of your allotted 10x10 space
Do not leave any trash behind at your booth location when leaving. All trash must be disposed in dumpster. DO NOT use venue trash cans, except for food and drinks purchased at the venue
No electricity provided. Must use battery powered lights and portable chargers.
