All vendors will enter in between Red Robin and Lucilles BBQ and leave at CPK. This will be a one-way road.
Friday vendors will be able to drive through and unload their items at their designated booth space. You MUST move your car once everything is unloaded. Please keep in mind, everyone is waiting on you in a single line.
Saturday & Sunday vendors, be prepared to hand cart your items in due to electrical in the road (this is subject to venue staffing) If you must hand cart your items in, you can park your car at the end of the road closure near Red Robin, or in the parking lot, for quickest access. Please check in with the Manager on Duty to ensure you are in the right space. Sometimes we have last minute cancellations and have to move booths around. Please be flexible with us to ensure a smooth and efficient set up for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Electricity is not available at this location. (Some exceptions)
All vendors are required to bring their own battery or solar lighting. We recommend lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. Don't forget a power source for your chargers! Generators are ok but must be INSIDE your given 10x10 space.
DO NOT plug into any power sources on site (i.e. light post outlets, or outlets in the plaza) unless advised by our staff.
Electric space heaters are FORBIDDEN as these units have historically blown power for up to half of the market footprint. In the event that any damage is incurred due to over usage from the event, Licensee (the vendor that has breached this contracted instruction, not In The Loop) is solely responsible for all costs associated with damage and/or repair.
-
Yes. Please note that Edwards Cinemas is open to the public. There is an increase in foot traffic to the plaza area after mall operating hours have ended. We will have dedicated security to our market footprint overnight, but please be advised that the increase in foot traffic puts any items that you leave on-site at greater risk of being tampered with. Our team will do their best to avoid any issues with items left on-site. Please use your best judgement regarding items left on-site overnight. In The Loop will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
-
All vendors are responsible for their own trash and trash may NOT be disposed of in the
Promenade Plaza trash cans. All Trash must be disposed of at home, or in the trash compactor, located behind
California Pizza Kitchen. If vendors dispose of their trash within the plaza area, you risk not
being invited back to a future In the Loop event at the Promenade Mall and will be responsible
for any trash fees issued by Promenade Temecula management (up to $150) -
For full refund, vendors must cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date.
To receive a Vendor Credit, Vendors must notify In The Loop of any cancellations at least one week prior to the event date. (more on vendor credits in Vendor Agreement)
If vendor should cancel less than one week prior to the event date, payment is non-refundable as all funding goes toward organizing, marketing and advertising the event.
