This is an indoor Market. Canopies and umbrella’s are not permitted.
Back walls, curtain rods, or anything to separate your booth from your neighbors is highly recommended
A business name must be visible to shoppers, i.e. on a table banner, or other types of signage
Professional, and creative displays only
Decorating in theme is highly recommended and more likely to draw shoppers to your booth
Linen or table cloth required for all folding tables
NO clutter or visible boxes for back stock inventory
Marketing materials; giveaways, coupons, mailing list, sign in sheet, etc. are encouraged
Be respectful of neighboring vendors and do not set up outside of your allotted space.
Do not leave any trash behind at your booth location when leaving (more info on trash below)

Electricity is not available at this location. (Some exceptions)
The market will be indoors and well lit, however ambient lighting is welcome (twinkle lights, etc) Don't forget a power source for your chargers!
DO NOT plug into any power sources on site (i.e. light post outlets, or outlets in the plaza) unless advised by our staff.

Yes. The venue will be locked overnight, and overseen by the hotel security. Please use your best judgement regarding items left on-site overnight. In The Loop will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

All vendors are responsible for their own trash and trash may NOT be disposed of in the indoor trash cans. All Trash must be disposed of at home, or in the trash compactor, located at Murrieta Hot Springs. If vendors dispose of their trash within the market area, you risk not
being invited back to a future In the Loop event. -
For full refund, vendors must cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date.
To receive a Vendor Credit, Vendors must notify In The Loop of any cancellations at least one week prior to the event date. (more on vendor credits in Vendor Agreement)
If vendor should cancel less than one week prior to the event date, payment is non-refundable as all funding goes toward organizing, marketing and advertising the event.
